Requested review, so here it goes:
The overall anatomy seems ok, as her leg length matches the rest, along with the head size. However, one thing that I must point out, which is the arms. Her left one (HER left) looks fine, but regarding the right arm, you'll see that if you un-bend it, it looks almost twice the size as the left one. Keep special attention to stuff like that, and whenever in doubt, you can do stuff like actually measuring each body part (a ruler, your fingers, whatever) to see if everything's good.
The pixelated lining has potential, but if you're really going for it, I'd suggest that you start making your pics smaller, and start looking at some game sprites, to get an idea of how to take advantage of this type of lineart. Fighting games are my personal favourite, for this sort of thing.
As for the colors, there's a good match between 'em, and by looking at the shadows, you seem to have gotten the light source just fine. A few things that I'd recomend would be to increase the dark tone of the shadows, since some areas are a little difficult to notice (ex. her hair). Also, since this has a certain cell-shade look to it, keep the second shade tone only for small details, instead of using it as a reinforcement for the first shade tone. It'll make the overall shading a little more balanced.
Hope ya found this any useful to ya, and keep it up. ^^
